Testing the Features of Newberry's New 3-D Archery Range

National Alliance for the Development of Archery in Newberry was hosting its first archery tournament Saturday at the site of the future archery facility and sports complex.

Located about a mile north of downtown Newberry off of U.S. 27 North, people young and old came to enjoy the event with archery courses set up on the field away from the construction of the building. (Above) Pete Murphy (shown here) gets ready to shoot down a 50-yard archery course. (Right) The group examines the fake deer to see how well they did.
